BJP releases Bengal list - Tapas gets Kolkata north, Arjun retains Barrackpur; Dilip ghosh, Agnimitra, Debasree shifted

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its fifth list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024 in West Bengal. The list, featuring 111 candidates, includes prominent names such as Dharmendra Pradhan, Arun Govil, and Ravi Shankar Prasad, among others.

Notable changes include the allocation of Kolkata North constituency to Tapas Roy, while Arjun Singh retains his candidacy in Barrackpur. Moreover, Dilip Ghosh, Agnimitra Pal, and Debasree Chaudhuri have been relocated to different constituencies, signaling a strategic shift in the party's electoral lineup.
